There is no year-round rental
Let's say it straight away: the house is not let by the year, and there is no lease. Every stay has an arrival date and a departure date, long stays included. If you are looking for a year-round home in the Algarve, this is not the place — and it is better to know that before you write than after.
A long stay is still a stay
The house is registered as Alojamento Local all year round, in winter as in summer. A stay of several weeks is requested exactly like a weekend: no paperwork, no guarantor, no deposit taken online. You write, we reply.
The listing is the reference
The rate, the minimum stay and the accepted arrival dates are kept on the listing, and nowhere else. The starting price shown below comes straight from it and is never copied by hand: a copy ages separately from what it copies, and it is always the visitor who ends up reading the outdated version.
