What is the difference between a stay request and an application?
A stay request covers short stays under Alojamento Local. An application covers shared flats and mid-term rentals under a residential lease: file, reply, written contract.
Where is payment made?
Outside the site, after the owner's written confirmation. The estimate shown is indicative.
Who answers my request?
The owner, or a member of the owner's team. Never a bot.
Is there a year-round rental in the Algarve?
No. Casa Azul is let by the night all year round, with a rate that drops in winter.
